We try out each batch with a multitude of brewing techniques to see what complements that specific batch.
We use the Siphon Brewer for an immersion style of extraction or a Chemex for a filtered approach.

Then we will pull some shots of single origin espressos and finally try some in a latte to see how it shines through the milk.
We use a nice commercial Rancillio Epoca 2 Group 220 volt espresso machine to help produce a consistent result.
